MENTAL HEALTH & ADDICTION COUNSELING

“True life is lived when tiny changes occur”

Life can be stressful and difficult to navigate. I believe that with an open mind, and with the right support you can find the strength and resiliency needed to grow. Therapy can be a challenging process, but with encouragement, honest conversations and self-reflection I believe everyone is capable of achieving their goals. I strive to ensure that all of my clients feel comfortable, heard and understood in a supportive, compassionate, confidential and safe space.
